No Check-Ins on Saturday or Sunday:
• Club house fee for access to laundry and pool at a daily rate of $5.00 or monthly $40.00
• Rates subject to change without notice; all sites and site‐types are subject to availability
• $5 per day or $60 per month per extra person charges above two (applies to seven years or older)
• 6‐month, 6/6, and annual occupants are subject to background checks at a nominal fee
Electric:
• Electric is included with weekly rates
• Electricity will be sub‐metered for stays of 30 days or more at actual cost plus $5 administrative fee
• Electric deposit of $95 required for monthly stay or longer
Payment:
• Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted for daily, weekly, and monthly stays and all reservation deposits
• Rates are subjected to taxes
Cancellation and Refund Policies:
• Reservation deposit of $95.00 (Cancellation required at least 15 days prior to start date or deposit will be forfeited)
• There is a $35 processing fee for all cancellations
• No refunds on early departures

Live-aboard rates apply to all vessels which have persons staying aboard for 11 days in any month or any vessel which uses electricity for air conditioning at all times.
Requirements:
1. Individual Identification
2. Vessel registration or Federal Docs.
3. Insurance policy with watercraft liability limits of no less than 300,000.
Lease: The lease is a monthly lease with a 2 month minimum. Payment of first month and a security deposit (equal to one month rent) in advance. Either party may end this lease upon receipt of 30 days written notice.
